Travelers flying out of Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi can now enjoy a more convenient check-in experience with the opening of a new city check-in service in Mussafah. This is the second such facility launched in 2024, following the opening of a similar service in Yas Mall earlier in February.
Located in Shabia-11 at Mussafah, the new Morafiq check-in facility serves passengers of Etihad Airways, Air Arabia, Wizz Air, and Egypt Air. This service is in addition to the existing city check-in at Terminal 1 of the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal at Zayed Port.
The facility in Mussafah enables travelers to drop off their luggage and collect their boarding passes anywhere from 24 to 4 hours before their flight, avoiding the need to queue at the airport. The check-in desk is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Pricing for the service is as follows: Dh35 for adults (over 12 years), Dh25 for children (12 years and under), and Dh15 for infants (two years and under).
