Etihad Airways is set to expand its network with new direct flights from Abu Dhabi to Warsaw, Poland, and Prague, Czechia, beginning in June 2025. The UAE national carrier will offer four weekly flights to each destination.
Flights to Prague will start on 2 June 2025, operating on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Departures from Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport will be at 2:50 AM, with arrival in Prague at 7:15 AM local time. Return flights will depart Prague at 11:20 AM, arriving back in Abu Dhabi at 7:05 PM.
Services to Warsaw will begin on 3 June 2025, with flights operating on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Departures from Abu Dhabi will be at 2:45 AM, arriving in Warsaw at 6:50 AM local time. Return flights will leave Warsaw at 11:15 AM and arrive in Abu Dhabi at 7:00 PM.
The new routes will be operated by Etihad’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner, featuring 28 Business Class and 262 Economy Class seats. This expansion is expected to cater to the growing number of tourists traveling from Poland and Czechia to the UAE.
The announcement follows Air Arabia’s recent plan to begin direct flights between Sharjah and Warsaw on 20 December 2024.
