Lounge Location
All lounges are located in Terminal 3 for the convenience of Emirates and its partner airlines passengers. Terminal 3 has 3 concourses A,B and C. You can choose any lounge based on your proximity to the departure gates.

- In Concourse B Ahlan Lounge is @ Gate B26 ( Formerly – Cadiz)
- In Concourse C Ahlan Lounge is @ Gate C13 (Formerly – Gallery)
Shower Facilities
- Individual Hot Shower
- Towels, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, Vanity Kit, Comb, & Bathmat.
- Hair Dryer: In Concourse A, attached to the shower area. In Concourse B, available within a 2-minute walk.
Storage Facilities: We provide individual lockers to securely store your luggage and belongings while you enjoy your workout and shower, ensuring total peace of mind.
Timings: The Health Club is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You have the flexibility to choose the duration and preferred timings through the booking form. Should you arrive early, you may choose to visit the Health Club before your scheduled timings, Similarly, if you arrive late, you can still access the health club facilities but kindly be aware that admission is subject to availability. Experience convenience and well-being at your convenience.
Recommended Minimum Transit Duration: 2 Hours
Location : DXB Health Club at Terminal 3 ( Formerly G-Force Health Club) is located above Emirates First & Business Class Lounges at Concourse B between Gates B16 and B18.
Note
Health Club, Spa & Lounges are located inside security area hence are available only to passengers departing or transiting through Dubai International Airport Terminal 3. Regrettably, if your onward flight is from Terminal 1 or 2, access to this facility is unavailable. We highly recommend making prior reservations to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons due to high demand.
